ay-arg

Stupid simple argument parser in Zig for basic uses.

• Supports long argument types --foo
• Inkey and separate values --foo=123 and --foo 123
• Short arguments -s -i=1 -j 10 with values
• Chaining arguments -shj10
• Positional arguments when no key is present or after --
